How to do this weekly?

Sit down weekly on the weekends. It seems silly but gives every single hour of your week a purpose that’s going to motivate you and make the day worth experiencing. It’s important to do this for the following reasons:

  • ‘Inside’ investments are vital to consistent performance. Blocking out specific time to meet your 20% investment goal on yourself is the way the 80% impact on work is made.
  • How?
  • Maximizing energy
  • Sleeping 8 hours a day
  • Eating the proper food that makes you feel good.

Make that a priority so that you don’t defeat your own efforts unintentionally..

  • ‘Outside’ investments ,like, when new or current opportunities arise that are important and have a clear trade off either now or in the future.
  • - Use a decision framework to reset expectations with others, yourself, and align yourself with your goals quickly when needed.

In order for this to have maximum effect, you have to make clear goals about what you want to do and rank order them. We dive into that in a separate framework check it out here.
